BHUBANESWAR: Fakir Mohan University Balasore will open a centre of excellence on 'Bioresources Management and Energy Conservation Material Management' funded by the World Bank and the Odisha Higher Education Programme for Excellence and Equity (OHEPEE). Of these the Covishield vaccine -- developed by the Oxford University -- will be given at 75 sites that would include government and private hospitals.
