Image Source : PTI Now no need of affidavit form to claim unemployment benefit from ESIC In a significant decision to provide relief to the beneficiaries of Atal Beemit Vyakti Kalyan Yojana (ABVKY), the Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has relaxed conditions for seeking claims for unemployment benefits, doing away with the requirement to submit affidavit form by claimants. Such claims through affidavit form are no longer required now under ABVKY of the ESIC, these claims will be submitted online along with scanned copies of required documents, the Ministry of Labour and Employment said in a release.
